The place it’s well located really closed from trevi fountain and Spanish stairs as well as the metro stations. My only concern it’s the cleaning it was so dirty that even the curtains had blood, our room was never cleaned. If you looking for a good location at kind of good price this is the place

Very disappointed, what seemed to be a lovely little place turned out to be a big let down . There was 50 euro robbed from our room by the Filipino manager. Walls are paper thin and u can hear everything . Also breakfast that’s included is just a pastry which is already in the room along with the coffee and milk.

The reception area is very nice but the room had bed bugs!! My family and I got bitten 100’s of times!! We spoke with the person on duty, to no avail. We checked out and had to go wash all our clothing!! We called and emailed the management numerous times. No response. In addition, A/C didn’t keep up. Room was super hot and Wi-Fi didn’t work. This is the 2nd time I’m posting a review. TripAdvisor didn’t post the 1st one!

Overpromised, underdelivered property. We were told breakfast is ready in the room due to covid (i don’t think they even have any area for it) also nobody even checked our covid passes, so not sure what that excuse for. Really loud and dark room. People walking pass the corridor you could think they are already in the room. Breakfast total crap, shouldn’t call themselves offering such an option (some dodge coffee machine and pastries) they sat they put it fresh in the morning but we left a little mark on purpose and it was untouched. They suggest you to leave your keys at the reception but actually most of the time there is nobody there, pretty much anyone can access the property and grab your keys. Bath (jaccuzzi) also not working. Could smell muld too. Not coming back, wanted to complain during check-out but of course there was nobody there.

My daughter stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and felt it was quite luxurious for a 3 * hotel. It was extremely clean and well presented. Nice size room for 3 of them and very comfortable. Hotel Staff very helpful and friendly. Suggested not only for gap year travellers but all tourists looking for a good hotel that is not overpriced.
